Vacation Deficit Disorder
U.S. workers average two weeks longer on the job than the second most overworked group in the world, the Japanese. An estimated half of all U.S. workers are suffering symptoms of burnout. According to a survey by the Families and Work Institute, 63 percent of Americans want to work less, up from 46 percent in 1992.I definitely suffer from this.
