We went ice skating last night. Much fun was had, despite the ill-fitting skates and someone falling down and hurting his shoulder. Then we looked for a suitable watering hole. The first place wasn't quite what we remembered, and had a $3 cover. The second place (Katie O'Brien's on Howard) was much more to our liking, despite also having a $3 cover.

All this after going out to breakfast, a successful visit to Amoeba, a visit to the movies, and a pizza.

I hereby declare a moratorium on spending money. Right after the art and wine festival downtown today. Yeah, right after that.
