I came home yesterday and apparently just missed a major hailstorm. There was so much hail, in fact, that it looked as if it had snowed! There was slush all over the roads, rooftops were white, and flowers were suffering. As I drove around taking pictures, children with evil glints in their eyes hefted heavy balls of ice, considering how much trouble they'd get in if they tossed one in my direction. It was fun!
